Modifies one cell with statics, but actually makes landscape edits to three cells including:

Mod has been merged into Beautiful Cities of Morrowind (in a lesser form) and consequently will conflict with BCOM unless using Katya’s Patch.
Otherwise, compatible with The Mountain of Fear and Molag Amur Mountains.
