Welcome to the Slums of Seyda Neen! An expansion of the town which serves to house the poor, the unlucky, the crazy and the braveheart folk who just want to live. It also serves as the player’s hub, with an old run down home which the player can live in and many other NPC’s to interact with for training, bartering or traveling. This the slums after all, and those living in the big houses opposite the lighthouse don’t like the folks living in dingy shacks.

Town expansion mod that adds a number of new buildings, clutter, and detailing to Seyda Neen, including new interiors and landscape edits.

Likely to be incompatible with a number of (but not all) Seyda Neen overhaul and expansion mods. Due to the slums location, may actually be compatible with some lightweight Seyda Neen overhauls.
