Vivec Silt Strider Port is an upgrade to the port area and a simple schedule for the driver. He will now retire to his new hut for food, to sleep and to get out of bad weather.

Adds new structures and clutter to the exterior cell in front of the Vivec Foreign Quarter Canton, including landscape edits. Makes NO edits to vanilla interiors.

Will likely conflict with other silt strider port mods, and may have landscape conflicts with other Vivec mods.
