The plague doctor a dark alchemist of ill repute and complex motives has come to Vvardenfell and brought his morbid experimentations with him. He hides away in a new cave within the Bitter coast. Though a tough opponent his drip is exceptional, defeat him and acquire it for yourself but be warned, this is one mastermind from which there is Zero Escape.
