Adds two small locations, one in the Norvayn Bay, near Vivec, and one in the Sheogorad, northeast of Ald Redaynia. Both contain a handful of new clutter and assets to exterior cells, but otherwise contain NO landscape edits and NO edits to vanilla interiors.
