Uses just the roof and tower pieces from Dallaras Balmora/Suran (with permission) to make a more vanilla friendly version.
The intent is to make Suran have a slightly different architectural identity distinct from Balmora.
Adds a tower to the smith that is available to buy as a small player home, and several small storage spaces above various shops.
World Edits
Adds new assets to Suran, including one new interior cell. Makes NO landscape edits.
Other Notes
Comes with an alternative versions for Suran O Suran and White Suran. May have conflicts with mods moving or changing the layout of Suran.
