Vanilla friendly overhaul of Seyda Neen
World Edits:
Edits the exteriors of Seyda Neen with new clutter, detailing, and new buildings with associated new interiors. Also makes landscape edits.
Also edits the interior of the Seyda Neen lighthouse.
Other Notes:
A lighthouse only version exists, along with an option for just the city overhaul and no lighthouse changes.
Will conflict with most other Seyda Neen city overhauls, but otherwise should be compatible with most other mods impacting the same location.
