Clutter and detail overhaul of the exterior backyard of the Census and Excise Office.
Makes NO landscape edits and NO interior cell edits.
Other Notes:
Will have mixed compatibility with other Seyda Neen city overhauls, depending on their level of clutter in the small area that this mod covers. Some mods do provide their own compatibility patches.
