This mod adds more guards to the city of Vivec.

Adds new NPCs to the cantons of Vivec. Makes NO landscape edits and NO edits to vanilla interiors.
Other Notes
Compatible with all other mods that don’t move the cantons of Vivec. Will presumably have mild conflicts with mods that move or replace the Vivec cantons.
