Overhauls most of the interiors of Balmora with new clutter and assets. Makes minor changes to exteriors, mostly door markers.
Makes NO landscape edits.
Other Notes:
Largely compatible with most other mods, including overhauls of Balmora’s various taverns, but does have some confirmed conflicts, including with Beautiful Cities of Morrowind and Hlaalu Council Manor Overhaul.
