Living Balmora is a small vanilla-friendly mod that enhances the city of Balmora by adding subtle clutter, decorations, and environmental details.
The goal of this mod is not to redesign Balmora or fill every empty corner, but to make the city feel a little more lived-in while preserving the original atmosphere and gameplay.
Every addition uses vanilla assets and is intended to blend naturally with the base game.
