Vanilla friendly Pelagiad replacer. Pelagiad is a cozy, provincial town that emerged near the fort of the same name. It remained so, but additional detail and a couple of new residents were added to the buildings, fort, streets and landscape.

World Edits:
Modifies the layout of Pelagiad, adding new clutter, detailing, and buildings with new associated interiors. Includes landscape edits.
Other Notes:
Will likely conflict with most other Pelagiad city overhauls, but it’s lightweight enough that it should be compatible with most minor Pelagiad city additions.
