A Player Home is added to the Lower Waistworks of Vivec’s Foreign Quarter. The home is called “Goran Manor”, named after the previous owner, “Theo Goran”. A Note from him is left on a Level 50 locked door and, when unlocked, the home becomes the player’s home.

Adds an entrance to a new interior cell to the waistworks of the Foreign Quarter Canton. Makes NO landscape edits and NO exterior cell edits.
Other Notes
Should be compatible with most other mods that don’t change the layout of the Foreign Quarter Lower Waistworks.
