Towering over the Grazelands to the south, Arkngchend-Nchumez is inhabited by adventurers and villains trying to uncover its secrets. Inside the ruins is a small group who’s been working at crafting and making new types of Dwemer armors and weapons, and may even have insight on what kind of secrets are within.
