NPC and Book Creation / [NPC] Dining Hall NPC's

Hello, as you may know, the Dining Hall for the Community Consortium is in my hands. I am ready to begin work on it once again after being on vacation and etc. for 3 weeks. I am ready to begin adding NPC's, but requests for certain NPC's would be great.  :)
 
You may develop any NPC with their summary and what they would function as, and can post them below. If I accept the NPC, I will put it here with their summary.

The NPC's can be whatever you think you would find in the CC's Dining Hall. Whether it be grumpy old Dunmer, or a highly annoying Wood Elf. Any type of NPC is welcome, this is ModTown, afterall.

Dining Hall NPC's

 Va'krin- A capricious khajiit who loves sharing the wonders of moon sugar. He doesn't understand what these people have against the sweet sugar, so he wants to just slip a little bit into the food. Just to show everyone what their missing!
He's willing to share with the player too by giving the player a free sample, if he/she asks about the topic of moon sugar. . .

Modding Tech Help / Making a sword (weapon mod) for Morrowind

Hello guys, as you know it is currently Modathon month, and I was working on my mod for the event. Unfortunately, I have been sucked back into Skyrim.. again. I have recently found out my computer can run Skyrim, so I have been playing it all month, and have put my modathon mod to the side. I now realize it's the end of the month, and I do not believe I have enough time to complete my mod. I was thinking I could make a simple new weapon mod (along with a quest/dungeon), yet, I have no idea how to go about doing this, and If it's actually simple. If someone familiar with Nifskope could guide me in the right direction, I would appreciate it greatly! Thank you.

Modding Tech Help / Making an NPC teleport to an interior

I want to make an NPC travel/teleport to Fara's Hole in the Wall in Sadrith Mora after they give the player a quest, but I cannot find the appropriate command for this. I would use the AiTravel feature, but I think that only works on exterior cells. Basically the NPC is in an exterior, they finish talking to the pc, send them off to a quest, and they tell the pc to meet them in the bar.

How would I go about making a ring teleport a player to a certain cell? I'm assuming it would be a script with something like position player on activate.. but I really know nothing about this so any help would be nice.

Morrowind Mods / MW Rebirth Rendering Issue?

So something about my morrowind save has been annoying me lately.

I used to have MW Rebirth installed, but it's not (and hasn't been) activated in a while. However, whenever I'm playing, I notice when I'm far away from a town (like for example.. Balmora) I see a bunch of statics that were added by rebirth, but when I get closer, these MW Rebirth statics disappear. At first I thought it was an issue with my distant land (MGSO), so I re-rendered the distant land, and it's still present. Not only are these MW rebirth esp's disabled, but I also just removed them from my data files, and this issue is still present. It's not that much of an issue, but I feel that it lowers my FPS, which I do not want.

Morrowind Mods / Clutter/Player Home Resource Mods?

I have been looking around for some resources that can be used in Player home mods, or maybe used as clutter, but I keep finding broken links.

I have heard that some people store resource mods for maybe later use if needed, so does anybody have/know of any good resources that can be used in a Player Home? this could include new
storage containers or an hourglass, everything would be appreciated.

Morrowind Mods / Dwemer City Mod?

I've been thinking, are there any mods that add a Dwemer City with actual NPC's living there? Like Markarth from Skyrim.
Like, let's say, theres an old Dwemer Ruin, but someone started a community there and now people live in it?

Like honestly. There are countless Dwemer ruins in Morrowind, how come nobody has taken advantage of that?

Morrowind Mods / Arohno Tong Guild Ideas?

Hello all! I'm currently working on a mod that will add a new guild of cut-throats and assassins. You will have access to "contracts" of people(s) to kill.

Although, I would love some ideas.

I do NOT want the quests to be mundane. For example, I'm trying to stray from the "Go here, kill him, come back" quests. They need to be interesting.

So I would like to know what you find interesting for kill quests. Heres some ideas I've been tossing around;
- Theres someone in (location) that the PC needs to kill, but there are (number) of suspects. You need to interview each and find out who is the suspect, If you kill the wrong NPC, your reward decreases etc.

- Someone messed with the guild, and they need to die, so the PC needs to track them down, kill them. You find out the NPC is in hiding because he knows the guild is after him; you need to find/track/kill.

-There is a dinner party (This cannot go right...) And you must kill an NPC there, but then the hired cut-throats/guards and people at the party try to kill you or the guards get involved

The above ideas would be more detailed, but you should get the main idea.

I suppose I should introduce myself at some point. I am not 'shining brand new' here (I have been working on my plot since Feb. 24 2k16) But, I haven't been here too long either.

Anyway, I started modding around November 2015. By "modding" I mean playing around in the construction set. I have learned many things in those experiences, and I would gladly say I am  some-what experienced with modding. I can do Interior design, quests, dialogue, some basic scripting, and the likes. I have released a good bit of mods over my period of time here, including Rift, a town mod. And Aloros, a companion, and several others.
I am glad to be here, and I'm sure I could be of use, and lend an extra hand.

Basically what I'm saying is I am willing to help however I can with this project. I would be glad to be of use, whether it be simply populated the town with arrogant NPC's, or making more plots/shops if needed.
I'd also be glad to help with other projects too, like Lyithidonea. I could make interiors, NPC's etc.
As of now (MARCH), I am still working on my plot (45), but in the mean time?...

Anybody interested in sharing their Morrowind Role-Play characters?

I'll share one of mine, I think he's my best.

Born: 3rd Sundas, Morning Star
Born in Vivec, lived in St Olms canton, North 3

S T O R Y : Morrowind
Aloros was raised in Vivec. He lived in the St. Olms Canton in North 3 with his father, mother, and brother. He was raised there until he was 5. His family was fairly rich. His father worked for the Temple in Vivec. That was until he was exiled. He was exiled due to the rumor of him being a deadly Morag Tong Assassin. It seems a Dark Brotherhood assassin plotted the rumor to gain the Morag Tong notoriety. Due to Aloros' father no longer making money for the Ulvanis family, they had to move while Aloros was age 9. They moved to the mainland. To Helnim. They lived in the slums. During this time, the Ulvanis family was going through hard times. But Aloros was very interested in learning and books. He read his fathers old Temple books and scrolls, while his brother was interested in learning magical arts. At age 19, Aloros finally decided to vogage to High Rock.
Aloros took a Riverstrider to Wayrest. He became close friends with the boatswain, Ald'Dren. Along the way they stopped at many docks and ports. At High Rock, Aloros skeet much of his time in the Wayrest Library, one of, if not the biggest libraries in High Rock. He also started to presume learning more about his home province. He studied Dunmer culture (his own) and Velothi architecture and the Tribunal books from his father. At age 20, Aloros decided to stay in High Rock, after having to sleep  in the Inn basement for a year. He made money from doing errands and had a little side job from the innkeeper. At age 23, Aloros decided it was time to return to his family, and meet them again. He took a notorious boatswain nord, and he agreed to take Aloros to Morrowind. They reached the Sea of Ghosts, and the Nord Boatswain, Hornigold Red-sword, persuaded Aloros to stop at the Skyrim city of Windhelm. He then persuaded Aloros once more and said they should just cross the border to Morrowind. It would be easier. After a while, Aloros did agree. But little did he know, was that the 'Nord Boatswain' was actually a very notorious smuggler In Morrowind. They were both caught crossing the border, and sent to jail. To Vvardenfell.

Modder Claims / {Modder Claim} Plot 45 - MatthewTheBagel

Hello, Matt here (MatthewTheBagel on nexus) I'd like to claim plot 45. I plan on building something (not sure yet) maybe Velothi, but I plan on adding a quest to, as well as my persona, and other NPC's to interact with and learn about ModTown by. Hope this is approved, look forward to building, Thanks!

EDIT; Here is what the plot will include;
- 3 buildings
- Exterior space as a garden
- My avatar; Matt The Bagel.
- Many of Bagel's Slaves, like Shwizzle the gardener.
- A whole new realm entered via portal
- New interiotrs; A Bar; The Dazed Guar Tavern, in this realm, as well as a Bath/pool area.
- The Realm's exterior space is an island paradise
- A Shack in the garden, with a sink hole in it that leads to a cavern full of a Daedric group.
- This sink hole contains a "Daedric Refuge" as well as a small bar area where the daedra hang out, and a housepod where a telvanni wizard lives.
- Much more!

 The plot is a Common Architectural style, with 3 buildings, a garden, quests, 13+ interiors, a new realm, and much more.
