Morrowind Mods / The City of Balmora [WIP]

I don't normally post wip topics to this forum but considering last time I worked on a city my topic was unnoticed on the Bethesda forums I thought  I would post a topic here about it. 

The main goal of this project is basically the same goal I had with The City of Ald-ruhn, I want to make Balmora into a unique and bizarre as I believe Morrowind should be.  The layout of the city aims to be similar to that of an ancient Egyptian city as that's kinda how I always pictured house Hlaalu.  Any suggestions or resources are welcome here.  I don't have any screenshots yet as i want to wait until noticeable progress is made.

Using vanilla and TR assets I believe I have made Ald-ruhn worthy of being the seat of house redoran.  More details are in the mod's readme along with screenshots on the mod's page.  I originally wasn't going to post to these forums but someone said I should, sos here it is.   :D

Introductions / Well, hello there

Hello there, by name is Symbiote Dinosaur.  I only got into the elder scrolls games around 3 years ago.  I basically played the whole serious backwards.  Morrowind was, is, and probably always will be.  TES6 probably won't be as good, but hey BGS I would love for you to prove me wrong.  I got into making mods before I even knew how to download them, I would place armors in the CS because I was just interested in what they looked like.  Eventually I discovered all these amazing mods people were making, I always hoped to be a part of it.  Because creating things is one of the only things I have been good at, you see I have an diagnosed obsessive thing.  I can tell you right now that the elder scrolls games are practically my life, aside from my occupations, and watching an occasional movie.  But along side with the passionate obsessions come the negative ones, you see when you develop a fear worry or anything like that and have an obsessive type of personality, you will often obsess over the negative as well.  I have already gotten into this on the internet before but I can tell you one thing, I wash my hands around 57 times a day. 

But back to the happy things though, when I am not playing or modding an elder scrolls game I like to work on a Tabletop role-playing game based off of TES and LOTR.  I also like to rest in a chair or such while watching a good comedy movie, or show especially those of the 1990's and early 2000's.  I sometimes enjoy reading SpiderMan comic books (anyone who is possibly a comic book reader should understand where my username comes from) But comic book storylines are getting kinda meh for me recently.  Like I have said before my real name isn't that important, everyone I know personally calls me Symbiote anyway.  Congrats to anyone that gets the reference in my signature.   :D

General Discussion / How Far will Skill Merging go?

In Morrowind we had an excellent variety of skills, then oblivion merged alot of them and even removed some, While I think making short-blade and long blade one skill is a bit more realistic I'm pretty sure axes aren't blunt weapons.  Then skyrim came along and merged  :(all the combat skills and removed nearly half of the ones we had.  So for elder scrolls 6 I'm guessing there will be three skills Combat skill, magic skill, and stealth skill.  Am I the only one who feels this way?

NPC and Book Creation / Graphic Books?

Am i allowed to add a book to my modder plot that discusses an interesting but violent act, I myself don't consider it disturbing at all but I am hesitant to make it for fear weak stomached people may be cross with me if I do.  Perhaps the first line of the book can be a warning?

Master Planning and Discussion / ModTown Sewer Update

I have made progress on the Sewer Complex since my last posts.  There are now 6 cells for the sewer.
ENTRANCE CHAMBER: This is the second biggest cell it has doors to the four of the other main areas,  It has a decent population of rats and a few goblins next to the door that leads to the goblin tunnels. 
CENTRAL TUNNELS: This is the largest area so far almost twice the size of the  entrance chamber.  It only has rats populating it.  It also has a door that leads to the collapsed tunnel. 
INFESTED CHAMBER: this area no has BC region scum in the water. 
WATER WORKS: has not changed since the last post. 
GOBLIN TUNNELS: This is a medium tunnel system that has been taken over by goblins it is done now. 
COLLAPSED TUNNEL: this is one tunnel that has been collapsed and has several pieces of debris including corpses.  There are also a few Fish in the water.

I am working on the sewers for modtown 2015, I currently have
Main Chamber: largest chamber one straight tunnel that runs along the main structure then a few branches, this chamber will have a decent population of rats as well. (wip)
Waterworks Chamber: this chamber will look similar to the canalworks in vivec, I may place a few rats in this chamber bu I am not guaranteeing anything.(FINISHED)
Infested Chamber: this chamber is a small branch of the sewers that has been infested with crabs and fungal plants, it  has a boss creature (nothing special just a large mudrab) I have done all I can to make this area absolutely disgusting.(FINISHED)

If there are any suggestions for these area that you have please let me know.

 :-\ So I have been working on an addition to mod town and everytime I load it up in the construction set I have to delete the daedric architecture around what I have built.
