All right, working with a deadline here, I won't mod anything else until I have this done.

I don't have much just yet, just the exterior, which is, as I understand the most urgent.

I'll add sceenies this weekend when things are a little more detailed.

To the administrators (currently: Melchior Dahrk and DarkElfGuy):
It's not in my authority to grant plot requests and normally I would send a PM to inform you two that there is a new request. However, we are in the closing stage of our work and we still have unclaimed plots left, I figured it is best to give the okay signal to people who make a claim and know what they are doing. Therefore, to maximize that time, letting them know as quickly as possible is a must and given the status of our project it's best to get as many of these filled out in the allotted time we have and reduce potential stress later folk might have with time boundaries. Thank you.

Without modifying the landscape (with the landscaping tool), I am free to move / delete trees, rocks and plants, right?

Yes you are, and unless Melchior changed his mind, you can even edit the land textures. Just look at what I did with my plot, got rid of and/or moved basically everything and totally changed the land textures.

About land textures... I will make a post about this in my exterior thread or something, but I'm still finessing my merging technique so if you find that your landscape texture changes got overwritten in the master file, let me know.

First progress report. I haven't had as much time as I'd like but the bulk of the exterior is done.
It still needs lots of detailing, plants (harrada roots, blood grass, trama roots maybe), rocks, trees maybe, creatures, some clutter.
The is the state of the island pre-quest, all the green and flowers will be back, eventually.

The story is, an oblivion gate has opened deep down below the island that eventually became barren and overrun by daedra and oblivion plants.

The resources used (so far) are oblivion plants by Chainy, Dremora Lords by Quorn, Arcimaestro Antares' oblivion portal and Neoptolemus' ranked dremora, as well as probably Clavis' plant packs. The rest are modified vanilla meshes

EDIT: no idea how to scale the screenies down. You'll have to zoom out, a lot!

Exteriors are not quite my thing, advice on how to improve things much appreciated :)

Hmm, can't really tell what could be improved if we don't have a bird's eye view of how it looks likes ingame.
From what I've seen, maybe you could add some marshmerrow near the water?

This is a really unique housing thing you have here, I agree with Lefok on Marshmerrow, I think the island could use some flora "container" loving.  ;D

I am quite happy with the exterior of the island now that I have added more flora and creatures.

I am leaving for France in a couple of days (me, my tiny car and as much junk accumulated these past 15 years as I can put in said car!) so I'll be on the road, and then recovering for a few days.
Given the chance, I might add a few things to MT2015 but for now, I'd rather upload what I have.

EDIT: File updated with the interiors as well.
