Thanks, The French Doors were really fun to make though they were a pain in the arse to animate. And the Display case, even though we all recognize it, is still a work in progress to make it look better. The case for the Tri-demnsional Chess set was also a bugger to animate, mostly due to the clasps. The sculpture was an easy animation, it just took a while to get all the orbiting bits to their correct positions.
Those are all dogs of mine, though the two Golden Retrievers have since died, but the Cocker is still kickin', and I've a new Golden retriever living with me now.

Did some texture work today as well as some adjustments to the UV maps in the walls of the house, Dormers, and Entry area.

Very nice! I really like what you doing with. It has a nice a clean look about it that is appealing... mine's probably going to be very messy looking now that I think about it... Ah well, that's what happens when you buy it off a vampire. While that, and then the really dangerous connection to other realms, I really should have explored it much better, now look what it got me.

Okay, I am getting totally off topic, in my thinking out loud (kind of). I really do like what you are doing with yours though, especially the new outside textures.

Thank you, I just finished the rough lay out of the shingle texture for the roof. Placing all of those shingles was time consuming, and rather a pain. But it will be loads better then Bethesda's leaky misaligned shingles.
Now I have to detail the crap out of the texture, and try to add some depth. At any rate that part should be a bit easier then the shingles them selves. I've a teaser shot of the shingles with out any depth right now.
I might darken them up a little, I'm not certain yet.

Okay I think I'm happy with my Shingles Texture.

hehe when I bought this house 8 years ago it was listed as a "cottage" ;D (yes this is my actual house inside, and outside)
Thanks DEG, & Lady Phoenix Fire Rose. I like they way it's turned out.
Now I can concentrate on doing the yard. Can I place things on the other side of the road too? The plot line runs just to the other side of the road, and most of my plot is taken up by the house.

Okay here's the video of my finished textures for my Plot 31 house. The house is normal mapped, specular mapped, Detail mapped, and environment mapped. the gloss maps are made in such a way that the house will have as little reflectivity as possible. I'm not sure how this will look in games with the normal map effected by local light fix in MCP as I do not use that particular function of MCP, but I do use the gloss map fix so...

Having never done an exterior pathgrid before I might have gone a tiny little bit over board, but I wanted to make sure that my out side NPCs would be able to get to as much of the yard as possible.
IDK you tell me.

I can guarantee that the pathgrid inside won't be nearly as populated.
